What began in a one-bedroom apartment above a college bar in Pullman, Washington, has grown into a nationally recognized business named one of America’s fastest-growing companies by Inc. 5000. Founded at Washington State University in 2011, we started in the collegiate market, earning the trust of over 400 campuses nationwide. As our collegiate clients graduated, they turned to us for branded merchandise needs beyond campus, propelling our expansion into the corporate space.

When COVID hit, our business shifted dramatically. While the collegiate sector faced challenges, corporate demand surged. We invested in a warehouse and launched an in-house shipping department to manage inventory and kitting, meeting clients’ needs in a virtual world. Today, we proudly position ourselves as an extension of our clients' HR and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that foster connection and engagement. We've collaborated with breweries, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and more.

Through this evolution, we built a team of creative innovators, embraced a largely remote workforce, and redefined how custom merchandise drives success. The name College Hill remains a tribute to our roots and the vibrant community where it all began.
