Decorated items cannot be accepted for return unless defective or damaged. Samples to verify color and sizing are available for inspection by customer prior to placing final order. Orders included in a group bulk order are given to the order coordinator where they are responsible for correctly handing out all orders. Once the items have been given to the order coordinator, College Hill is no longer liable to replace the order that you received. Call or write within 7 days of receipt of defective decorated merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box of any authorized returns. Return shipments are at the customer’s expense and shipping charges are non-refundable.
