College Hill merchandise that features any collegiate or Greek names, logos or branding is officially licensed. To maintain the integrity of our custom apparel and products, all designs submitted to or created by College Hill go through an approval process by the necessary governing bodies responsible for maintaining our licenses. Upon working with College Hill, each client hereby affirms that they, in utilizing College Hill's services:

• Are not infringing upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, including copyrights or trademarks, by having College Hill produce items requested by The Client
• Are authorized to make decisions regarding all trademarked images, logos or branding used in items produced by College Hill at the request of The Client
• Are responsible for all licensed trademarks and permissions needed to use those trademarks in the production of items provided by College Hill at the request of The Client
